Obituary for Barry Allen English Sr.
Barry Allen English Sr., age 65, a resident of Hudson, NH, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, September 11, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Lowell on May 22, 1957 and was the son of the late Bill and Katherine (Clark) McFarland.
Barry proudly served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany. After his service, he worked as a Printing Press Operator for Murray Printing. Barry was a homebody who loved sports, news, and politics. He enjoyed traveling to Germany and Amsterdam with his son and had many memorable trips.
Barry is survived by his children, Barry English Jr. of Lowell, and Jennifer M. English and her partner Michael West of Woburn; his grandchildren, Ariana Silk, Natalie, Jaiden, Corey, and Arielise; his siblings, Antonia English of Lowell, Kathy English of Lowell, David English and his wife Denise of Lowell, Ann Pergakis and her husband Jim of Lowell, Michael Wozniak and his wife Kelly of Lowell, and Tobi McGee and her husband Michael of Pepperell; and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves Jennifer’s mother, Kathleen (MacDonald) English.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his long-term partner, Annette.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, September 19th from 4pm to 7pm at the Dracut Funeral Home, 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 20th at 11:00am at St Patrick’s Cemetery, 120 Elm St., STONEHAM. KINDLY GATHER AT THE CEMETERY.
