Obituary for Charles N. "Charlie" Pitsios
Charles N. “Charlie” Pitsios, age 73, a resident of Dracut, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from a difficult struggle with Myasthenia Gravis. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen (Beauregard) Pitsios with whom he shared 40 years together and enjoyed 32 years of marriage. Through it all he showed enduring love, devotion, and strength.
He was born in Lowell on December 8, 1948 and was the son of the late Nicholas and Mary (Kalavretinos) Pitsios.
Prior to retirement, Charlie had an extensive career in motor oil sales. He was an avid tennis and racquetball player, who enjoyed the gym and many other sports throughout his lifetime, including hiking, bicycling, and walking. Charlie loved spending weekends in Maine with family and friends. He will be remembered for being quick-witted, outgoing, and for his giving nature.
In addition to his loving wife, Charlie is survived by his son Nick, and partner Kristen Hughes, his grandson Jake all of Shirley, MA, his beloved cat, in-laws, cousins, and friends. Charlie is now reunited with his faithful Akita by his side.
Funeral services and interment were held privately.
