Obituary for Christine Ann Trunfio (Tingdahl)
Christine A. (Tingdahl) Trunfio, 62, a resident of Methuen, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, May 7, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Fredrick C. Trunfio.
She was born in Malden on October 17, 1959 and was the daughter of the late Arnold and Mary (Moffat) Tingdahl.
Prior to her illness, Christine worked in food service for the Methuen Public Schools. Christine enjoyed hosting family events, reading, and enjoying a cup of coffee or a Diet Sunkist with the family dog, Buddy.
In addition to her loving husband Fred, Christine is survived by her two children Jonathan and Caitlin; her siblings, Janet Hamilton and her husband Bill, Eric Tingdahl and his life partner Joe Haley, Mary Beth Woods and her husband Brian, and Steven Tingdahl and his wife Sharon; and sister in-law, Susan Tingdahl. She will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends, and other extended family members.
She is predeceased by her brother, David Tingdahl.
It being her wish, all services will be held privately.
