Obituary for Jane T. (Paglieroni) Lavoie
Jane T. (Paglieroni) Lavoie, age 68, a longtime resident of Dracut, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday November 3, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Ronald A. Lavoie with whom she enjoyed 46 years of marriage.
She was born in Lowell on September 4, 1954 and was the daughter of the late George and Mary (McGrath) Paglieroni.
Jane worked for 38 years at the Hanscom Airforce Base, most recently as the secretary for the Wing Commander. She enjoyed painting, cross stitch, and playing video games. She had wonderful memories of traveling throughout Europe and had a special fondness for Italy. She made many cherished friendships on her world travels. Jane was happiest surrounded by her loved ones and entertaining family and friends. Her home was always the meeting place for family gatherings and pool parties. She loved sharing her favorite wine with family and friends and dining out with her family. Jane will be remembered for her fun personality and will be dearly missed.
In addition to her loving husband, Jane is survived by her children, Brad Lavoie, Jacque Lavoie, and Craig Lavoie all of Pelham, NH; her sisters, Carol Rodrigues, and Mary Bradley and her significant other Paul Zielinski; her siblings-in-laws, Normand Lavoie and his wife Ginette, Sue Boulanger; Dianne Roy and her husband Michael, Marc Lavoie, and Irene Paglieroni; and her nieces and nephews, Cheryl Suarez, David Rodrigues, Leeanne Bradley, Katherine Ellis, George Paglieroni, Michael Paglieroni, Jennifer McNally, Brendon Paglieroni, Lisa Vaillancourt, Claude Vaillancourt, Dannielle Richard, Michelle Wasik, Eric Roy, Jonathan Lavoie, and Daniel Lavoie.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her siblings, George "Chuckie" Paglieroni, and Linda Paglieroni; and her brother-in-law, Bob Boulanger.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, November 8th from 4pm to 8pm at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. Her Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 10am at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately.
