Obituary for Jeffrey Daniel Flores Gilpin
Jeffrey Daniel Flores Gilpin, age 40, a resident of Dracut, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
He was born in Boston on December 2, 1981 to Catherine Clifford. When Jeff was 13 years old he moved to Dracut with his father, David G. Gilpin.
Jeff graduated from Greater Lowell Technical High School in the Culinary Arts program. For his first job as a teenager, Jeff rollerbladed to and from work at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH from Dracut. He ultimately worked in the HVAC field and was a hard worker dedicated to his employers and customers.
He loved football and played for the Haverhill Hitmen in the East Coast Football League. When he wasn’t playing football, he enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, swimming, fishing, listening to music, cooking, and was a BBQ master. He was happy, upbeat and optimistic, a pure joy to be around.
In addition to his father, Jeff is survived by his beloved children, Madalynn, Angelina, and Jaedalee Gilpin; his grandmother, Juanita Gilpin; his brothers, Jason Fletcher, and his wife, Emma, Miguel Qiunones and his wife Julia, and Rafael Gilpin, and his wife, Jessica, along with aunts, uncles and many cousins.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, April 15th from 5pm to 8pm at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT. At the request of the family masks are kindly required. Interment will take place on Saturday at 11:00am in FAIRVIEW CEMETERY, 45 Fairview Ave., HYDE PARK. PLEASE MEET AT CEMETERY.
