Obituary for Jennie Rattana Chea Seng

Jennie Rattana Chea Seng, age 34, a lifelong resident of Lowell, passed away at Lowell General Hospital on Saturday, December 17, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Naroth Chan.

She was born in Lowell on May 4, 1988 and was the daughter of Roy Rom and Saem Kheam.

Jennie was a student at the LARE Institute in Andover. She loved reading, Korean drama, anime, and the Patriots. An excellent cook, she was known for her firecracker shrimp – a favorite with her family. She enjoyed going to the beach and spending time outdoors in nature. Most of all, she cherished her children and time with them.

In addition to her loving husband, and parents, Jennie is survived by her children, Taryn Naroth, Chastity Naroth, and Aria Naroth; her siblings, Chetra Seng and his wife Sophie Chhuon of Dracut, Jennica Kheam and her husband Johnny Ackhavong of Lowell, Rithany Kheam of Lowell, and Ravon Kheam and his fiancé Malanie Neang of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews.

Sadly, Jennie is predeceased by her sister, Nancy Kheam.

2pm-6pm: At the GLORY BUDDHIST TEMPLE, 24 Cambridge St. Lowell, MA 01851 and Paying Homage to the Triple Gems; Taking the five precepts; Buddhist chanting; lecture on dhamma.

Funeral Details:
Saturday December 24th 2022
7:00am: Breakfast for the Buddhist Monks
7:30am: Family & Guests gathering
8:30am: A procession to the Merrimack Crematory (10 Henry Clay Dr. Merrimack NH)
10:00am: Food offering to the Buddhist Monks, Homage to the Triple Gems; Taking the five precepts and dedicate merit to Jennie Seng.
