Patricia (Noval) Cormier, age 64, a longtime resident of Nashua, NH, passed away at Brigham and Women's Hospital on Thursday, September 22, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Leo G. Cormier.
She was born in Middletown, CT on August 4, 1958 and was the daughter of George and Yvette (Letendre) Noval.
Patty grew up in Dracut and graduated from Dracut High School. She worked as an administrative assistant and in the special education department for the Hudson School system. Patty loved her community. At school, she made sure children who needed clothing always had it by organizing a donation system. At home, she handmade masks to donate during the pandemic. She loved taking her dogs for walks around Mine Falls and Benson’s Park and was the greatest mother and wife that anyone could ask for.
In addition to her loving husband and parents, Patricia is survived by her sons Michael G. Maglio and his wife Amy and Christopher J. Maglio; her sister, Linda Noval Carter and her husband Elston and their daughter Alexandra Carter; her brother-in-law, Charles E. Cormier, Jr. and his wife June and Richard P. Cormier and his wife Olga. Patty is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends, and extended family.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, September 27th from 4pm to 7pm at the Dracut Funeral Home, 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11am at St. Kathryn Parish, 4 Dracut Rd., Hudson, NH. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford. At the request of the family, masks are mandatory at the funeral home and church.
