Obituary for Robert P. Dalton
LOWELL – Robert P. Dalton, 69, a lifelong resident of Lowell, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Boston Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Lowell on March 9, 1953, the son of the late Robert and Rita (Kelly) Dalton.
Robert was a graduate of Lowell High school class of 1971. He worked for years as a production manager in the printing industry. Known for his great sense of humor, Robert loved time spent with his family. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed music and days at the beach.
He leaves his children, Robert P. Dalton IV and his fianceé, Heather Tate of Tewksbury, and Elaine Eaton and her husband Richard Eaton of Braintree; his grandchildren, Robert P. Dalton V, Alexandra and Caroline Eaton; his siblings, Daniel Dalton and his wife Elaine of Chelmsford, Lesley Byrne and her husband Mark of Chelmsford, Joyce Dalton of Lowell, Amy Dalton of Lowell; his brother-in-law Paul Hardy and his wife Susan of Lowell, and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of Michaela Hardy, who died in 1992.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 3 – 6 pm in the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT.
Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
