DRACUT – Robert B. Parks, 75, a longtime resident of Dracut, passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Doris E. (Carbonneau) Parks with whom he would have celebrated 28 years of marriage in June.

He was born in Lowell on October 1, 1946, and was a son of the late Leslie and Lillian (McCullough) Parks.

Bob graduated from Lowell High School in 1965. He was employed as a Maintenance Supervisor at the Lowell Housing Authority, retiring after 28 years. Bob had many interests. He enjoyed the outdoors, golfing, camping, watching sports, especially football and baseball, and attending car shows with his friend, Jimmy Allard. Above all Bob loved spending time with his cherished grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Bob is survived by his children; Christine Grover, Shelley Bilodeau and Richard Parks, and Doris’ children; Tina Bailey, Tammy Flaherty, Jay Bellemare and Lena Breslin. He also leaves his grandchildren; Stacy, Madison, Nicole, Samantha, Ryan, Tasha, Robin, Joey, Sara, Alex and Ella and great-grandchildren; Colton, Ben, Aubrey, and Robin and several close friends and extended family. Bob was predeceased by his siblings, Rita Demers, and Richard and Lester Parks.

It being his wish, all funeral services will be held privately.
