Obituary for Suzanne Michelle (Tucker) Trigones

Suzanne Michelle (Tucker) Trigones, age 78, of Hudson, New Hampshire passed away on February 27, 2023, at Lowell General Hospital.

Born in Glendale, California on May 29, 1944, Sue was the daughter of Carol and Harold Tucker. She is survived by her daughter, Kris, her son-in-law, Dave, and her five grandchildren, Brittany and her husband Pat, Zachary, Deveney, Trinity, and Kinley, as well as her beloved dog, Shelby. She is also survived by her 3 brothers, Sonny Pettit, Tom Tucker and his wife Linda, and Cliff Tucker and his wife Sandy, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She graduated from Billerica High School in 1962. She worked many jobs throughout her life but most notably was the Office Manager of Perma, Inc for more than 20 years, celebrating her retirement in 2016.

She enjoyed volunteering for the RARA (Recreational Adult Resource Association) of Lowell with her best friend Pam Kenney for many years. She loved spending her Wednesdays and Fridays with the wonderful ladies from the Hudson Senior Center including her close friend Bert Sullivan. She was able to share her passion for knitting with the friends she made and contributed to making hundreds of scarves for our soldiers as well as countless blankets and other items for those she loved.

Her daughter and grandchildren were lucky to have their Grammie living with them for over 30 years at their house in Hudson. She spent her final years with her family knitting up a storm, spending time watching and feeding the birds and keeping the squirrels away, hitting the casino, and spending time with friends and family. Her kindness was boundless, including gifting a baby blanket to an ICU nurse who touched her life in her final days.

She spent her life caring for others and those who knew her would unanimously agree she was the most selfless person they had ever known. She was Grammie Sue to so many beyond her actual grandchildren who she loved with all her heart.

A visitation to celebrate Sue’s life will be held on March 12, 2023 from 11am-1pm followed by a brief prayer service at 1pm at the Dracut Funeral Home, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut. Gifts in her memory can be made to the RARA of Lowell or the Humane Society for Greater Nashua.
