Obituary for Viatcheslav Alekseyevich Ledov
Viatcheslav A. Ledov, a resident of Dracut, passed away peacefully at Lowell General Hospital on April 12, 2023 in the company of his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Alekseyevna (Tchupryakova) Ledov for 46 years.
He was born on March 1, 1953 in Serpukhov in the Moscow region of the Russian Federation and was a son of the late Aleksey P. and Mariya A. (Shabanova) Ledov.
Viatcheslav earned a PhD in Engineering and was employed at Renaissance Electronics and Communications until his retirement. He had many interests and liked staying active. He loved hiking, kayaking, skiing, and trips to the beach. He shared his talent for music with his guitar playing, something he enjoyed most when his wife would join him in song. Viatcheslav also enjoyed traveling with his family and they visited many places throughout America and Europe. He was a wise man and liked sharing his knowledge with his family and friends. Viatcheslav had many close friends and family members both here and in Russia, and his cheerful and friendly demeanor will be greatly missed.
In addition to his loving wife, Viatcheslav is survived by his son, Dimitry Ledov and his wife, Elena of Moscow, Russia and his grandchildren; Dimitry and Aleksandr.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, April 16th from 1pm to 4pm at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT.
Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
