Obituary for Yvette C. Noval (Letendre)

Yvette C. (Letendre) Noval, age 86, a resident of Chelmsford, formerly of Dracut, passed away at Lowell General Hospital on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of George A. Noval with whom she enjoyed 65 years of marriage.

She was born in Lowell on March 18, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Marie (Lacerte) Letendre.
Yvette, Mom, Nana, Nunny, Yeti...many different names...one beautiful person. Yvette loved her family, faith, friends, and the Red Sox! She was especially passionate about and loved her many years working as a successful Tupperware Home Party Manager. As working years turned to retirement years, she enjoyed spending her summers at Silver Lake Park Campground in NH laughing and enjoying the beauty that nature presented to her. At summer’s end, when the cold weather came, she would eagerly begin decorating and begin her craft fair season doing personalized ornaments. As her grandchildren arrived, she cherished every opportunity to spend time with Mike, Chris, and Allie, making memories that will last forever.

In addition to her loving husband, Yvette is survived by her daughter, Linda Carter and her husband Elston of Pelham, NH; her son-in-law, Leo Cormier of Nashua, NH; her grandchildren, Michael Maglio and his wife Amy, Christopher Maglio, and Alexandra Carter; her sisters, Therese Pare and her husband Donald of Nashua, NH, and Jeannine Dube and her husband John of Canterbury, NH; her sister-in-law, Jeannine Letendre; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sadly, in addition to her parents, Yvette is predeceased by her daughter, Patricia Cormier, and her brother, Raymond Letendre.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, December 26th from 3pm to 6pm at the Dracut Funeral Home, 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10am at St. Rita’s Parish, 158 Mammoth Road., Lowell. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
